Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship within South Africa. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express delivery (where available): 1–3 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Delays & Exceptions Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather conditions, or events outside our control. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at so we can assist you.
